Much
of any collecting activity starts with history close to home, and being residents
of Bucks County PA, some of our primarly focus has been on the maps pertaining
to our region. We offer these original maps, published from the following two
atlases, J. D. Scott's 1876 "The Centennial Combination Atlas of Bucks County,
and E. P. Noll's 1891 "The Atlas of Bucks County, Penna.".
We
also carry maps from nearby Montgomery County, PA, which were published in these
atlases: G.M. Hopkins (1871); J.D. Scott (1877); and J. L. Smith (1893). Another
famous atlas was from Southeastern Pennsylvania called Philadelphia & Environs
(1877).
Old Maps and Prints has been in the business of buying and selling quality and
original maps and prints since 1981. Bill Perry is the President of the Bucks
County Antiques Dealers Association and a member of the American Historical Print
Collectors Society.
